About Us

RC2 & Associates, LLC started with a focus on providing the best training and development workshops to small businesses, federal and non-profit organizations. Over the years, clients asked for Business and Human Resources services including, but not limited to policy and process development, recruitment, interviewing, and business registrations.  RC2 & Associates was more than happy to provide the requests given that their certified staff hold Human Resources certifications including SPHR and SHRM-SCP.  

RC2 & Associates, LLC has evolved to also include Executive Coaching through its ICF members and certified coaches. With over 40 years of combined experience, the RC2 team is ready, able, and equipped to tailor its services to meet your organizational needs. 

In addition, RC2 & Associates, LLC provides Business Administrative Services in Data Analysis, where our certified staff translates your complex data into easy-to-understand language to make it as user-friendly and actionable as possible.
